A Letter From Noam Levavi

imageA great deal has changed over the past two months and, as many of you already know, YCD is very proud to announce the acquisition of C-nario, a move that I believe will allow for continued growth in strategic markets around the world, not for YCD alone, but for the whole industry.

Overnight, it seems, much has changed and YCD has dramatically increased its product offerings, as the two companies have combined to offer diverse digital marketing solutions ranging in complexity and scope; from comprehensive retail solutions to large-scale video wall installations with some of the world’s most recognizable brands. C-nario comes with an impressive portfolio that includes remarkable video wall installations throughout the world, including extraordinary displays at a growing number of retail locations, airports, banks and many luxury brands, such as Longchamp, Chanel, Hublot and more

I see these synergies as a move in the right direction, a company that now offers some of the most diverse and technologically advanced products in the industry, powered by reliable, unswerving and customer-valued software. The solutions that have made both YCD and C-nario industry leaders have just been strengthened and we are very excited about the new possibilities and challenges to come.

Now, as a combined company, we look to expand our partnerships with technology leaders to provide a full end-to-end solution. Together with HP and Intel we will be presenting at NRF, showcasing the many ways that we help retailers execute a circular approach to marketing by delivering relevant content to targeted shoppers and closing the loop with measurement and optimization. We will formally unveil some of our new product offerings and demonstrate the powerful solutions that will carry us forward.

As many of you are aware, the merging of two unique companies is no easy task. The next few months will be filled with challenges and it will be important to use our experience from past successes and failures as the building blocks of our future growth.

With the new year around the corner, everyone will have the opportunity to meet our new team at NRF’s annual expo (January 15-18th) at the Javits Center in New York. I want to personally invite all of our partners, customers and industry leaders to learn more about the new YCD at several partner booths where we will be showcasing our solutions and services.

On behalf of everyone here at YCD, I want to send my warm wishes for a Happy Holiday and a great New Year.
