Rami Kalish, Chairman

General Managing Partner & Co-Founder, Pitango Venture Capital

Rami has served as General Managing Partner of Pitango Venture Capital (originally Polaris) since co-founding the company in 1993. Rami brings extensive experience in venture capital and international high-technology management. He has held sales and marketing positions at IBM and senior executive roles at Orbotech (NASDAQ:ORBK), and has served on the Boards of VocalTec (VOCL), Retalix (RTLX), Optibase (OBAS) and RADWARE (RDWR). Rami holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Information Science from the Technion Institute of Technology, and is a member of the advisory boards of the Technion’s Yazamut-Bronica Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center and The Merage Foundation for U.S.-Israel Trade.

Thomas Hoegh

Managing Director, Arts Alliance

Thomas’s background in the arts and business forms the core aspect of Arts Alliance’s competitive edge in technical venture capital. He focuses on the user experience from a creative, strategic and economic point of view. As an artist, Thomas has directed over 20 major theater, television and multimedia performance pieces in Norway, Japan and the U.S. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Theater from Northwestern University.

Noam Levavi

President & Founder, YCD Multimedia

Noam founded Netune, a network communications and web development company before co-founding YCD Multimedia. Noam also served as a system communication manager for one of the elite teams in the Israeli Defense Forces Intelligence Unit for 5 years. He is a graduate of the Israeli Military Computing and Information Systems Institute.

Dani Zeevi

Chief Technology Officer & Founder, YCD Multimedia

Dani co-founded YCD Multimedia in 1999. Previously he managed a leading software development team in the Israel Defense Forces for 6 years where he was awarded an Honor Commendation for Innovative Thinking. He holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering (honors) from Tel Aviv University.

Eyal Waldman

CEO & Co-founder, Mellanox Technologies; Co-founder Galileo Technology

Eyal Waldman is a co-founder of Mellanox (NASDAQ: MLNX; TASE: MLNX), and has served as Mellanox's Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of Board of Directors since 1999. Eyal co-founded Galileo Technology Ltd. in 1993 and served as its Vice President of Engineering until 1999. Galileo, a semiconductor company, was acquired by Marvell Technology Group Ltd. in 2001. From 1989 to 1993, Eyal held a number of design and architecture related positions at Intel Corporation. Eyal holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology.

Brian Cooper

Co-founder and Director, Retalix

Brian co-founded Retalix in 1984 and served as its Chief Financial Officer until 1999 (NASDAQ:RTLX). Brian also served as an officer specializing in economics and programming in the Israeli Defense Forces. Brian is a Director of Redmatch International Ltd., and holds a B.A. in Economics from Haifa University.
