These are fascinating times in the digital media space.  Uncertainty, constraints and challenges have fostered creative thinking and some great new opportunities.  As we enter the fourth quarter of 2009, I’m happy to share with you, YCD’s customers, partners and friends, some of our achievements and plans for the months ahead.

Globally, YCD continues to lead innovations in the area of in-store marketing, revolutionizing the way brands and retailers communicate with their customers. Introducing a holistic approach, we now work with a number of advertising agencies to offer their clients a full, end-to-end solution, from strategy and design, through implementation and ongoing management.

On September 17, 2009 Ogilvy launched the latest in their network of International Digital Labs at their offices in New York City. The purpose of the Ogilvy Digital Lab is to showcase cutting edge digital media solutions that impact the home, workplace and on-the-go environments providing for a hotbed of innovation for the development of applications and campaigns for their clients.

Benelux Electronics Chain Uses YCD Technology

Krëfel, the largest electrical home appliance chain in Belgium and Luxemburg has chosen to use YCD Multimedia's solutions in more than 70 branches of the chain. To meet the demands and needs of Krëfel YCD's Benelux partner, ThisPlays2 together with Fast Retail, Krëfel's in-store marketing agency, has developed the "Krëfel TV News Channel" (KTVN) which is broadcast on approximately 4,000 giant screens throughout the 70 Krëfel branches across the Benelux region.
